well im trying to get prepared and get everything in my head for this 350x rebuild im gonna be doing in the next couple months....im almost possitive im gonna have it bored but im not sure how much i should bore it....ebay has wiseco .20 over pistons for good prices....and i think im gonna go with the 10.25:1 compression and im couriouse how much id have to change my jetting and what type of fuel i would need to run.....also is the cometic gasket kit a good choice?.....and what would be a good exhaust....im thinking of maybe getting a aftermarket exhaust but money is tight... im not looking for a reall power increase i just want a nice sound and somthing to replace my old rusty stock pipe ....and if there is any other suggestions feel free to post them

I always start with powdercoating the frame and go from there but i find i always spend way more that i budget for but i do enjoy a re-build !

get the cobra exhaust, 10.25 compression just run 92 octane you'll be more than fine. if you bore it a tad and have the bump in compression it'll make it noticablly faster :)

so i wont need to change jetting with a higher compression and a pipe

The supertrapp is a nice system. The only bad thing is that you have to use the stock headpipe, but it may be more easily tuned to your mods
