what 3 wheeler has..

guy has one for sale around my area, he say's it is a 5hp, (197)cc he thinks. But he says you dont shift it. just give it gas and it goes. Say's it has a centrifigul clutch on it. what year honda was that?????

well i thought the maico ones had a 8hp briggs engine, but the polaris had a centrifigul clutch, i believe they were 250cc though. besides that, im THINK yamaha may have had one with a centrifigul clutch besides the small zinger, but dont quote me on that because im not a yamaha guy. hope that could help a bit. im thinking this guys bike is a maico or a polaris though. he may be confused, and saying its 200 when its really a polaris 250. never know. how much does this guy want for this trike and can we please have a description - it would help in assisting you to identify what this unknown bike really is.

well im going to look at it tomorrow. He told me that he replaced the belt , but it is chain driven. He said that it was red" in color. I asked him specifically, "you dont shift it with a lever" and he said no. give it gas and it goes "it has a centrifigal clutch" guy wants like 325 OBO. i dont know what this guy has

what the heck is a manco? one of them tri scat looking things with big wheels in back, and a small front tire on chopper type front forks and fiberglass wrapping around the seat area? them things are junk. they had briggs and stratton and tecumseh's on them. centrifigul clutch, but not chain driven i dont believe, just the belt.

ok so i called him again, and he said the motor is a honda 5hp. and when you give it the gas the pully in the front gets smaller and grabs a belt and it takes off!
he said its in mint condition and now he offered it to me for 250, just wants to get the grandkids off of it before they hurt themselves. Do you think it would be a great buy??? if it is this manco??

so its got the drive line like a sled. thats sweet. as far as the honda engine someone may have swaped out the briggs. but im not sure on the manco and others that size so dont take my word on it. 250.00 ? i dont know it depends on the looks and if it runs good i guess. it also would depend on if you are going to use it. i know i wouldnt be spending 250.00 on something that im not going to ride.

it could be a 3 wheeled mud buggy. it kinda has a go-kart frame, kinda lond handle bars like a chopper, and a go-kart tire in the front. their really low to the ground too. it had a honda 8hp on it, but you could put any side shaft motor on it.

definately different. looks to be a cute little bugger. but ooooooffff, no suspension. kinda has a bit of a sporty look to it though, wonder what kind f mods you could do to a thing like that.
