Who does the replacement decals?

Ok my tanks getting done right now and I'd like to get the decals before hand so I can have them on between paint and clearcoat...I know theres someone on here who makes the decals...cant remember the name though...so who might that be and how do I contact them?

Thanks, I contacted harlan about a week ago and he replied right away,....I sent him some info about one of the decals he was trying to make, but i havent had a response in 3 or 4 days now. Anyone else able to contact him?

I think he just gets busy. I had times when I didn't get a response for a while when he was doing my custom decals too.

Just be patient, he does awesome work, ive bought all my replacement decals from him with no problem and ive been very satisfied after each purchase.
