View Full Version : What Thickness Tubing For Swingarm Fab?

Going to be using rectangle tubing to make a +6 swinger for my Tecate, what thickness steel would I be wise to use? I'll be jumping and running the piss out of it, need something that will take *Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited* and not wimper.

if you have any machine shops around your area? if so those guys are the ones i would ask.

BGM there is a chrome +8 on ebay right now and a no link to boot. might save you some work

iv used 1/8 inch for + 2 arms so id say maybe a little more if you can find it
