View Full Version : Kawasaki KLT 200 ???

Gentlemen..

I have a 81'- KLT 200 That does not have spark. I've verified that the coil, voltage regulator, solenoid and ignition box work (I verified they worked on my KLT 250).

My question is could it be the stator assy? And could someone please give me the short version of what a stator assy does?

Or if someone has a different idea as to what’s wrong I'll gladly listen, for I’m at a loss as to what the problem is.

Geeze,my 81 has points?
I didnt have spark and it was my coil but like farmerc said check the CDI,they go out a lot it seems from what I've read?
