View Full Version : changing a 200x x headlight to a 350x

can this procedure be done without any mods or anything. would appreciate all info and am currently looking for some 350 x headlights for a fair price.

Actually there is some modifications to be made. The light assembly will switch right over with no problem. How ever the wiring on the 200x will need modified to accommodate 2 head lights. A stock 200x only has connectors for 1 headlight bulb. The 350x has 2. This is a easy fix. You can just splice the wires in or make a adapter.

This should help you.
Don't cut your wire harness, that way you can still put your 200x headlight back on if you need to. and make sure both headlights work before you give it any gas cause it will put all the juice into one headlight and burn it out.
fellas i really appreciate trailprotrailpro help on this. my bike is in the process of getting fixed as we speak and im so frikin excited. all i need is a headlight assembly
