200x axle interchange

iv been looking for an axle for a 1986 200x but cant find one for a good deal. i know that the 83-84 250r axle will fit but why wont any other year 250r, 350x or 200x fit? i mean if its because the diameter is diffrent then ill get custom bearings to put in! plz let me now what i would have to do to get a 85-86 250r axle to fit or a 85-86 350x axle to fit or even a 83-85 200x axle. or at least let me the diffrence between them. thanks

yes i know an 83-84 250r axle will interchange i have already stated that. i want to know why i cant use an 85-86 250r an 85-86 350x or a 83-85 200x axle. but thank you anyways
