I need to rebuild my front shocks on my Z but i need to know what air pressure and how much fluid i need to put in them. Any other info would be nice Thanks.

Are you refering to the front forks? If so, I believe that they take 10 weight fork oil and no air. I'll have to check the service manual when I get home from work for the proper amount of oil though. Are you replacing the seals or just changing oil?

NO AIR !!!! "they" say to "empty" out the air after each moto..air causes friction and heat ....
i used 11-12 oz's in each side of my 85 forks...."lower,softer" for sand drags
back in the day i would fill the tube up 6" from the top with no springs and collapsed down on the 86's
