carb change??

if i were to go from a 24mm to a 28 mm carb on my 225 dr, would i use the jets from the 24 mm carb? i don't know because tghe bigger the carb, the more air flow, so if i were to use the 24mm jets, it would seem like it would run lean. thanks

it would be lean. i dont know how much bigger you should go but i would start at 2 sizes. while you did go up on the carb the exhaust will still restrick air flow so i dont know how much of a change you will see.
