I was thinking getting a different sprocket, since the tires are huge and I only use this in the snow, in the mud, hill clmb, work, etc. Oh yea, it's an '82 200 with 25" tires.

It will be very noticable, it is on my 400EX when I go from 15 to 14. Also, make sure you have enough adjustment for the chain to still be tight after you drop a tooth on the front.

Yea, but I think I need a whole new chain anyways, I hate using this one. There's a few links that are frozen in its position from sitting, and I left in oil over night one night and it didn't cure it.

don't try 2 teeth, try one first.... With 2 you'll loose a lot of top-end and might wheelie a little too easy on the woods trails......

It wheelies easy as it is. What is the stock front sprockets on these things? It's got an 11 tooth on it right now, but I have no idea if it's stock or not.
