ok i want to make my brothers 110 have more top speed ..a stock rear sprocket is 49 and the front is 14 so if i keep the 14 front and put a 56 on back would that give him any more top speed? (and no this is NOT THE 110R!)

I thought you told me you were going to leave? Oh yeah, and more teeth in the back means less top end, more acceleration.

yes i am leaving but my brother wants me to fix his 110 :rolleyes
so what size sprocket would give um most top speed with out harming bottom end? a 45?

So either live up to your words (and leave), or don't leave and learn to friggin type.

The stock one. Any change in teeth will have an effect on top and bottom end. Also, I've noticed the stock gearing is already barely enough for the 110 engine, going any higher will make your acceleration crap.

the closer the sprockets are to the same size.. the higher the gearing. If you go up that many teeth in the back it'll give you more low end because it will gear it down, but it will probably only go about 10 mph top speed :wondering
