Vavle clearance on 225dx

I need to know the vavle clearance on my 1985 225dx. I want to udjust my vavles and any info would be great. Arent the vavle adjuster tester tool look kinda like a thick pocket knife metal thing with all sorts of thin to thick metal blades that look like a mini nail filer? Thanks.
