I got it all for $150. He keept telling me over the phone that its a "honda 225 with a 185s gas tank". I think we all know there's no such thing as a 225 in the Honda directory. And it's pretty obvious it is a 185s. The Frame VIN/Frame # is: JH3TB0500CC129563

It came complete with a whole extra motor, extra front headlight and assembly, and another carb with a twist throttle. It has alot more with it, I just need to go back to his house and get all.

Looks to me like a 1982 185s.

The 10th letter in your VIN# is your year model. This is an 82 model. Good call guys.

Check the displacement on the cylinder base, looks like it could be an 82 200 to me.

I don't think it is a 185s because of the 2 piece fenders. I'm thinking 1982 200.

It does look like a 200 plain but I do not remember any 200's without front suspension. I am thinking it is a 82 185S. If the sticker is still on the steering stem it should tell you. Wouldn't go by the engine cause it probably is not orginal.

I kept thinking to myself it was either a 185s, or a 200m, but didn't 200ms come with a front suspension?
no, I got the go-kart for $50 the day before LOL. I didn't know about this trke until the next day. 2 hours after I heard about it, it was in my driveway, lol.
I really want cragster's 350x, but I just can't seem to score my cash from my parents yet.

Well, I can't tell you if it's orignal or not. This trike has alot of nuts and bolts missing in different places, but i noticed the top half of the engine mounts are missing, so this may be a clue of some sort....unless the previous owner was gonna swap the motors and got lazy or something, lol.

Are all the 200 motors interchangable in this frame? 200, 200s, 200m, 200x, 185?

I need a seat LOL.
It runs and rides, and infact, the hardest thing to fix, was that forsaken tire. And I'm getting rims from mywifeknowseverythin, so I'm set there. It's got a tube in it now, and I'm willing to be that the valve stem will hold for abuot 3 weeks.
Now I need to invest in some riding gloves, because my hands are killing me:drool:

Nice! I had a beat 83 200s back in '96. My seat was the airbox... :w00t:

LOL that was mine for the longest time too. But I seriously think I got a bruise somewhere down there from that.
Also, does anyone know if it's possible to fit on some knid of suspension? I guess I am too ysed to my 200x, because phew, this is bumpy.

I have an 82 seat with fenders. They are pretty torn up, but would be better then what you have I think.......

The fenders have been patched in a few places, and you would probably want to work on recovering the seat. A few more zip ties on the fenders, and you would be in good functional shape. The latch for the fender is there, and in great shape.

If anything, you could at least work with the seat.....

Ill shot some pics to you some time tonight.

If you do want them, Ill send it to you at the cost of shipping.

That valve stem in that tube should last longer than 3 weeks,
Ive had one in the front of my 185s for over a year now with no problems.
Cool 82 200, got one of those also, I call it "the horse" .

I was wrong. It didn't even last the day. It laready leaked all the air out. In hate split rims. I really hope mywifknowseverythin can give me is info real soon so I can give him the greenbacks, and he can give me the rims.
I'm gettign frustrated with this thing. All in one day I get it running and riding for a good solid 12 hours, then I manage to break the pull start, tire goes flat....what next?
