How do you adjust the needle clip position and when you adjust it what does it do?

Read the stickied thread above titled "Carb Jetting 101: Terms, Tips and Jetting Theory". Ill also add that just by the fact that you are asking this question, it would not be in your best interest to mess with it unless you do so in the presence of someone more experienced in carb tuning.
