will a 83 atc 200 front or and 200e front bolt right up to my front on a 82 atc 200. If i find one of these, i would like to do this kind of setup if it would work.

I am not 100% sure on that ,I never interchanged those particular models ,but I would say that they would!! Just a quick ? though?? Do you have a Ohtsu 25x12x9 on the front or is it another tire!! The reason I ask is that ,I have built alot of the old rigid trikes and the Ohtsu tires are like having suspension,I am sure every one will agree!! Most of the other tires ,I honestly feel, change the whole ride of the old rigid's-that mite be another option for you instead of changing out the front. And if you find a nice set of suspended forks,a nice set,it will be kinda pricey unless someone hooks you up!! Just my opinion, hope I helped!!!

Yep, it sure does. You will have to use the E front fender, bar mounts and the plate that goes on top of the forks though
