is there any kind of governor or somethin to make and '84 Honda 200s go faster?

Change the gearing and put a aftermarkey exhaust on it?

There is a rev limiter to keep it from getting blown up, but no govenors like on a school bus.

bigger main jet,take out the silencer packing

Taking out the packing wont do much except make it annoyingly loud

put a 200x head on it, with a 200x piston as well, you will get higher top speed. I have an auto x, and i must say that the auto always feels like it should have 1 more gear. I think if you would have a manual, you would definitely have more speed, its been a while since ive ridden one though, so i couldnt tell ya.

Not enough to make it worth it, and it would be VERY loud. Gearing will make it faster, but still not much. New sprockets and chain, and you might could get it in the upper 40's. The 200S is not a speed demon, but it shines in many other areas.
