2 Honda 125M questions

Hi,

1) Is the carburetor kit for a Honda 110 exactly the same as one for a 125M?

2) On my 125M the exhaust tip (the bit after the muffler) has been replaced with what seems to be a bit off a farm tractor, is it alright to weld a stainless exhaust tip on to replace the dodgy bit or is is it supposed to be a silencer of sorts?

So in brief I don't know if the original was a special part or a hollow bit of pipe.

not sure on the carb, but I would guess they are, especially if your 125 has the horizontal engine with the snake style intake manifold.

The exhaust tip..it wouldn't hurt it, but a picture might help describe what you're talking about.
