My resto is going great. I was moving right along on my 85 110 when, after I had put the rear sprocket on, I put the damper on with the 4 lug nut type bolts on, and when I was trying to torque them to 35 ft/lb. 2 of them snapped off! It's a special bolt as you know, it's like an ordinary carriage bolt except near the head it has cone shaped splines so it drives itself tight when a nut is tightened on the threads. Does anyone have some to spare or can tell me where to get some???? PLEASE!

Thanks Howdy, I was going to PM you asking if you had a couple. It's really holding me up. If you could find some, I'd pay you for them and to send it like second day air so I can get this thing back together!! While your at it, I flattened the threads on the front axle rod, and I'm either going to get another or have someone fix them. But if you have one of those laying around I would like to buy that also. Please let me know about the bolts though or I'm screwed....get it...o well :D

all that is is a wheel stud, get them at an autoparts store, if you are smart, get regular inch size threads and use std. nuts if you can. Im not familiar with the size on a 110, but wheel studs are available from the dealerships still, and usually have them in stock. Very common part.
