serial number?

I have this serial number, from a front end that my friend has. We picked it up at this old dudes house so who knows what it is. Ther serial number reads as follows(this might be wrong, it was realy rusty and hard to read):

EDIT: I think that 3 after the C is supposed to be a 5, as i said, the piece was mangled an rusted up so who knows...
