I deal with a place in Gettysburg, PA. It is called "Totally Stainless". Their customer service number is 1-717-677-8811. They have a nice catalog of what they have available, standard and metric with several different head types and you can buy complete kits for cars and trucks. They get alot of my business.

Fastenal may have it, you could also try McMaster-Carr. There is another place, don't know if they have a website though, Dillsburg Areoplane Works located in PA. I will have to check out Totally Stainless.
