350x DG 38 mm carb kit !!!

Does anyone have one or heard about it ! Is this a nice choice ??? Will it give a big power improvement and fit right on ???

thats what my last 350x motor had on it. its a real nice carb but with this new 350x motor i tried the DG warrior 38mm and it actualy fit better then the last one i tried but i have these motors in quad frames
