I WAS THING ABOUT PUTING NURF BARS ON A ATC250R BUT IM NOT SURE IS THAY MAKE THEM DOES ANYONE HERE KNOW?

I don't think anyone makes them, I saw an ice racer 250r on ebay a year or so ago and it had some homemade nerfs on it, YUCK!!!! I think no matter how good of a job you do it will look kinda funny.

will see thats what i was thinking but if it keeps your foot form sliding off then it could be a big help i would think.

What about some of those foot peg extenders that go on the ends, at least you wont slide off the sides. I have also sharpened the pegs on mine a few times over the years to keep better planted on the pegs.

dont you think thats kinda of tacky?
also if you ever do have to take you foot off really fast you would have to lift your foot higher than normal

honestly, I dont suggest it. If your so clumbsy that you cant keep your feet on the pegs, then you dont need to be on it. That, and you be the laughing stalk everywhere you went. I know Id laugh my ass off when I saw it..

The purpose of Nerfs has nothing to do with keeping your feet on the pegs. Nerfs are to keep other ATVs from ramming your foot and leg, and to keep ATVs from getting tangled together in a bump, as in motocross and flat track racing. For trail riding they are an exteremely bad idea!

thanks johnR and its not the fact of being clumbsy if you ride hard it happens i have race motocross for 8 years so i know im not clumbsy.

hell ya learn something new everyday. I just thought they were to keep your feet from falling off and getting ran over. (Ive done that in the snow, and it sucks.... bad)
