OK, I searched and didn't find a whole lot. I have two 200Xs that will get redone when I get back, and I saw this 200X on Ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1985-HONDA-ATC-200X-PRO-RACER-Faster-than-350-X_W0QQitemZ160004869410QQihZ006QQcategoryZ43981QQr dZ1QQcmdZViewItem) today. He says that the tank is a Clarke, but doesn't say whether it's a 350X or 200X tank. I think it's for a 200X because of where the top shroud bolt is located. I remember someone saying that the 350X shrouds didn't line up well, but this one looks pretty good. I can live with the bolt being in a different spot. My stock shrouds are in good shape, but I just thought this might be an option for me. What do y'all think? Any other pics of this combo?

I thought it was a 200X tank. I guess the seat-to-tank junction threw me off a little. He says that the fender is for an 84 250R, but you can simply bolt an 85 fender to any 83-85 200X in a matter of minutes without modifications.

thats one sweet x, i like the set up on it. what do you all think about the title of the auction? " 1985 HONDA ATC 200X PRO RACER !!!! Faster than 350 X "? faster then a 350x? i dont know about that, might be possible, i have seen a 200x beat a warrior, but that was on a mx track. the light and easy to toss around 200x wasnt alot faster, just handled alot better then the big and heavy warrior.

Not a bad 200x, I like it. And with all the goodies its probably worth the BIN price. I really like the rear shock but got a problem with how its hooked up. It's only using the bottom mounting bolt. So, if it fails then things are definitly gonna get ugly. Also, is that an extended swingarm? because the rear brakeline looks kinda tight.

Well as far as your initial question, you could make the 350x shrouds work fine. You just need to get the Maier old school ones that are not pre-drilled. Then you can drill your own holes to fit the 200x tank. YOu will still have the area dipped in where the 350x mounts but no holes there.
