Would any other model kick starter work on a tri z?

I've been having trouble finding a good used kick starter and bracket for my tri z, anyone know if a kicker and the bracket off a different bike would work?

I am using a kick starter and bracket from a 200x. I had to shave the bracket a little, and the kickstarter is a little longer than the tri-z one, but it works.
