Riding Grandad's ATC125 and it quit shifting. Not ripping and tearing but a leasurely ride through the yard when shifter wouldn't select gears. Took the right side case off and found that the piece that snags the shifter cog broke the little tip off and obviously won't catch to shift.

Now the task of taking the centrifugal clutch off has got me stuck. I have the bolt out of the center but can't figure out how to get it off the shaft and I don't want to bugger it up.

He wants to sell it but I can't get it sold for what he wants without this fixed. He's asking 500. If someone is interested though, I'd throw in some other stuff (Honda Big red parts, frames, etc) to make up the difference.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks in advance for any help!!

it doesent look too bad- center bolt some snap rings ect..
it should slide out if you get the snap rings out
go to bike bandit.com
click on o e m parts then you can click the clutch link and see a exploded view
of the hole thing
good luck- im assuming it is a 84?
