I have 2 ATC110's. Both of which were completely restored last winter to almost new condition. From the time I pulled them out of my basement, one of them, (1985), cuts out at or near full throttle. I have played with the timing, swapped carbs, (from the other one which runs great), and just about anything else I can think of. It just will not rev up to full throttle.
Compression is fine, it starts on the first pull every time and does not use any oil.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Something I have overlooked?
