I have been working on a Honda 200es for a while now. I was getting one spark every 20 pulls maybe. So I put on a coil and spark plug cable, voltage regulator, and a wiring harness off a running 200es. No spark now at all. I read somewhere in the forums the spark plug wire has to be touching something on the engine? Is this true? Who can I test the pulse generator? Thanks
