I'm jealous. I don't know what I would want more there. A bike or a boat. Looks like a great place to ride. I haven't had my paddles on my bike since we last made the 1000 mile journey to Silver Lake a couple years ago.

Yeah, its a place in oregon called jones beach..Pretty cool place to go, nothing real big as far as dunes but it wide open and not very busy on the weekdays :)

Jones Beach is located near Clatskanie..Nothing as big as sandlake but its a good spot to test out your bikes and have a little fun :)

Well let me ride your X and you can ride my R and see if i can beat ya :) I use to own a pretty pumped x when i was younger and gave alot of Rs a good run down there at sandlake...I haven't been on a 350x in like 10 years haha..SOUNDS FUN DOESNT IT? Maybe i could give you my cel number or email so we can keep in touch.. It would be cool to have another trike buddy to ride with down there..I dont know to many friends that own 3wheelers around here..Well let me know man!!!!...............

You run straight paddles? I like to do some tree shots when im down there too...Your X should do pretty well at that! Try riding my R in 3rd out of a hole with nowhere to go but up lol its a BITC#!!!! I've spent countless hours diggin my bike out lol...Some of those hill are pretty dark and deep..I just worry about my bike rolling down the hill and hitting a tree LOL.. That might be a bad day!

Im out here in Hillsburrito...Sandlake isnt but an hour and 15 from me. Its all about the straight paddles. Sliding around is fun and all but when I need that traction at the bottom of a dune, or some nasty treeshot, its really nice to have it. I preffer Winchester Bay or Florence tho due to less retards and a**holes. In august Im goin to Coos Bay for the first time....guess its HUGE.

Bummer I had to miss it...thankfully it is a yearly event....Ill go ridin anytime. Next one should be before April 20th so we can go to Honeyman. Just take over the whole place. But all are :welcome: of course....

You got the pipe correct and im running a fatboy silincer,Trail porting,38 a/s,rad valve,cr gasket,timing plate @ +4 ,40 over bore,k&n filter no box..Running about 190psi with 1/2 race fuel and Klotz 40:1 THink i missed a few things lol i don't remember anymore hahaha :)

i haven't been their, but my friend tell's me it's Great Place , i think he said he rides about 80 miles in a day.

I don't have a trailer yet , i just started in april i bought my first ATC 85 250R, then bought a Tri z 250 in may , and july first bought a 250R '86 i'm done buying ...

i'm going to get a trailer* in couple week's ..... so i should be set then .

Jones Creek looks pretty good. It would be a nice change to ride some trails. I dont think Ive been on anything but sand for the last 3 or 4 years. Went to sand lake this weekend....very busy. I get wednesdays to saturdays off....someone pick a date and Ill make it work.

Jones Creek will rock your world. Don't expect no easy punk trails, we have a beginners area for the easy stuff. The three loops will give you a little taste for the good stuff that is out there but nobody ever talks about all the "other" trails,,, you just got ride to find them. I have been busy working on the poker run we are putting on on 27 Aug. I would love to see a good turn out from the three wheeler folks. The long route of the poker run will get you about 50 miles of some ball busting trail so if you like flat easy stuff, better stick to the trails at Tahuya, lol. We do have a short route for the poker run but don't be fooled into thinking it is easy,,, it's just shorter:) All the pics you can stand are here: http://www.tripleateam.com/dirt/main.php

Come on up sometime and I can show you around. Your best bet is to buy a GPS. You can pick them up on ebay under 80 shipped and they have all the features you want. A GPS takes all the fear of getting lost away, talk about freedom. The poker run is the sure fire way to find some trails.

Dang! I am painting my house all weekend and I've been pressure washing the out side of the house after work all week getting ready. I sure could use a break. A bunch of us willbe pre-runningthe poker run course on teh 20th if you want to see what other stuff is up there:) Let me know how the trails look.
