is there a way to tighten a chain on a 78 atc70? mine is so loose i can take it off by hand no problem. thanks.

Use the chain tensioner, or remove a couple links, or both.

if its streatched out get a new one
there only like 15 dollars
as for adjusting it -go to bike bandit.com and use the oem parts finder
see if they have one listed
