Well I am looking for a total of three bikes for my friend. One is a black & red Banshee belive it was a 04. The other is a 01 400EX red and the other was a crf80 not sure on the year. They where taken last weekend on Fathers day no less. The area is Hudson Florida and the owner is offering a $5000 reward in information leading him to his bikes.
Not sure if anyone can help but it never hurts to ask. If you have any info just PM me and I will get you in contact with him.
Thanks In Advance,

hate to say it but lots of times stolen bikes end up as parts on ebay. But i hope he finds them.

Sorry to hear about that. A good friend of ours had his 350x stolen a few years back. He made posters and put them anywhere he could. Stores, drive thru, bike shop. Someone spotted the bike and called him. The bike was spray painted black but he got it back. Maybe this is an option.

He is asking everyone in multiple neighborhoods and passing out is business card and telling them about the $5000 reward. Also has a insider at the local government agency and has showed up on the doorstep of known local thieves for ATV's in the area. So far after a week nothing has turned up and he even has gone to the local riding spots all night every since they have been taken. the thieves around here only ride them at night so that is the only time you might see it.
Anyway if by some slim chance anybody has info it would be a easy $5000 to be earned is all I know.

You should post this over at atvflorida.com if you have not all ready. They have a stolen ATV watch list. It is a sticky post so it is all ways there. I hope he gets them back. I hate when stuff is stolen. I just found out some one stole some of our stuff out of storage.

Apparently here in Pasco County Florida we have a serious problem right now. When my friends called the cops and they said there where 50 bikes reported in June so far and that was only the second week. They said that a task force was being assembled to resolve the issue (Yea Right).
Anyway still no progress and you would think $5000 would turn something up but nothing but dead ends so far. Have to believe now that it has been over 3 weeks the bikes are gone or you wouldn't want them back anyway.

Tried it and now response either. There has been allot of effort put into the search for these bikes and think it is time to give up. Anyway if anyone has any info we will still look into it but have a feeling there gone for good.

Pasco County IS assembling a task force for vehicle theft (including ATVs). They are joining the FL auto theft task force which is comprised of many counties, and also FHP.

Reality of it is, these theiving buttheads need to be caught in the act, or at least some of them close to the act, and hope that one or two snitch the rest out. This is not one person doing this.

Lock up your stuff, report suspicious activity, and keep a watchful eye.

Bummer that's to bad.

If wheelie King says they are putting together a task force than I belive it he should know.

If I can give any advice, try not to display what bike you own. It seems that there is a group or an organization that floats around maybe even state to state stealing as much as possible in local areas then taking off somewhere else. And yes they usually get stripped and put on ebay. I lock all my bikes up good and put a camera in the garage so if anyone does manage to get through all the chains and gates I have them or thir getaway vehicle on camera. I know we are all proud of our machines and our profile offers what machines we own, but it is too easy to find out information about each other and nab the machine. My buddy was selling his 400ex, a very popular bike to steal. A guy came by took a look told him he'd call him and 2 nights later his bike was stolen. This guy cased him out and disappeared with the bike never to be caught. Be very careful who you tell what you have and when you try to sell a bike.

i had my cop friends run mine when i buy. I am just asking for mine to get stolen. I just leave them in my lawn day evening and night, i care but, i dont have now where to lockthem up. Almost had mine stolen, my good friend suposibly, (SP?) broken into my house when i was at school and stoll my brothers and my dads money. And when i realized someone was in the house, i ran out into the yard to find topoortoride4's 200m out of the barn. i was pissed! Luckly there where to dumb to get them started. 200m no key (was on the key rack), atc 200 flat tire, 200s no trottle cable, 200s 2 flat tires, 185s no gas.
