ok, well my coming on 2 year old skool 110 project is in its final stage. ive gathered all needed parts and starting to her back together.

i need some help with jetting it.
it has the following mods:
ported and polished heads
webcam stage 3 camshaft
decked head .10mm
stock carb, port matched intake manifold
uni or K&N filter, no airbox
dg exhaust system

right now its at 35 low 86 high and i have 105 high sitting here. i can go and buy som jet drills if i need to. do you think the 105 will be too big?
does anyone know if the atc 110 screw type jet is used on any other more popular bikes?

i had to run a 200x carb on my built 110 and had to jet that up to a 120 or so....i say save yourself some headachs and try to find a 185-200x carb

the 110 one....but you need to match it up and i made a aluminum spacer to raise the intake off the head more so the carb will clear the cases. over all it was way easyer then i thought it would be

ok, from just looking at it it seemed to be too restricitive...even after matching it all up.
