id say sight un seen 1400-1600 it looks pretty good and the case saver is there so thats a plus and to me the stock pipe means that it hasnt had the piss run out of it

Dammit!

Around here, assuming everything is sound mechanically, that trike would bring around $1500. If it were cleaned up just a little (get rid of the surface rust, get the fenders looking a little better, etc) it would get a little more. Looks real nice. Should clean up easily.

Around here that would go for 2000 easy assuming it runs good.

It's a keeper. It's worth riding for the next 20 years if you ask me. It looks like it will provide years of fun and enjoyment. If you just want to sell it, then buy a quad.

Cool....I dislike people trying to peddle their wares. 2400 is still way cheaper than a quad that will be less fun to ride. It's in nice shape.

I paid 2500 for my like new all original 84R if that helps you out any.

IMO 2400 is a great price for that machine...it has not been touched up...if done right it could look new....You can see the low hours The original "Written out Pro Vector tires (Not initialed P/V) Look at the gold on the rear rims and they are not bashed.

I have seen machines in that condition cleaned up proper go for 3000 - 5000 depending on who the bidders are...I think 5000 is way high but Ive seen people pay it on a BIN...3000-3500 is probably an average ebay price during an average bidding time.

I just picked up an 86 R that looks identical to that one except mine has a pipe, silencer and paddles. I paid 2k for it.

No, I wouldn't pay $2400 for that. I would pay no more than 1800.

For $2400 I'd build my own R and have something nicer but if you're into untouched trikes and don't want a pipe and all that it's a decent deal.

That is a very low hour 250r! It has the original tires and grips with little wear. Trikes like that are hard to find!
