if you are used to Honda pingers the Kawasaki will take you for a ride. the power is brutal and it comes on quick. very wheelie prone in stock form, extremly wheelie prone if anything is done to the motor. A +2 swinger is almost mandatory for an upgrade. they are a blast to ride and if you are a bigger guy you will like it even that much more. the platform is much more spread out and has a lot of room to move around.

It better be mint for $1k for an '85. You can usually pick up very nice '85's for around $700. I'd offer less.
It is brutal power when it gets on the pipe. I think the twist throttle is very dangerous on this trike and would swap it out for a thumb throttle right away if you get it.

Tecate 4 throttle and cable bolt up. I like my twister, not dangerous just needs a little more attention then the thumb.
