Well, Derrick, thanks...... made me build a grab bar for the ATCR. I just woke up 20 minutes ago. Didn't come outta the garage until 5:30am. *YAWN*

While I was out there, I mounted the plastics, built new extended footpegs (steel D! :w00t: ) and put on the new sprockets, front and rear. The plastics look OK, not great. I don't have the seat, so I have to use the motorcycle seat. There are gaps, but once TF is over, and I get this thing back home..(hopefully in one piece) the seat looks like it will turn out nicely. I managed to get the plastics sloped and shaped to flow quite nicely with the original tankshrouds. The rezzy on the rear shock actually helps break up the plastics goofy section where the kicker goes...all good. Gotta go eat, and then back to the garage. I didn't have the camera last night, so no pics (yet) of the footpegs and plastics mounted up. Here is the grab bar. tic toc, tic toc! Times a wastin!

On the phone with Derrick, and he wants to see the footpegs. Here is a quick look. Not painted yet. They will be painted for TF, then PC afterwards.

Dude how do you do this stuff? Like design it and stuff then transfer to metal and welding it. What machines?

bent them from flat stock. Also had to cut and bend the inner piece too. All hand fabricated.....shoulda used square tubing, but only had the flat steel at the time. Got them all painted up now. Looks much better.
Also got the subframe all polished, installed the airfilter and had to fab up a small bracket for support. Gotta get to the ATV Shop tomorrow for a few odds and ends. I'll get some pics as soon as I get it all back together.

Thanks for the nice words.:D
