2" extended 250R swinger I passed up

I was going to buy this but couldnt tell what it was. I thought it was a Westcoast but wasnt sure. Anyone know what it might be. Im just curious

it sold on E-Bay for like $140 I wanted it but it didnt match any aftermarket swingers I have seen.

I have a Westcoast for a '86 R, and it has inserts. That one in the picture doesn't.

looks like a westcoast for the 83-84 250Rs, all the 85-86 westcoasts I have seen had the inserts for adjustable shock mounting.
