Final SX Question for a while

OK guys - so it's very very apparent that my one way bearing is shot - however here is my question: After I finally put another carb on this trike (350X carb) it starts right up and runs great - HOWEVER - when I put it in gear, it does not move. I can freely move thru the gears including reverse, but it will not move. It will "nudge" ahead like 1/2 inch when I put it in first, but that's it. I can hardly believe that a clutch could be worn out this bad, but I really don't know. Any ideas? Also, what wears out first, the ring style clutch, or the centrifugal clutch.

Any ideas at all will help out. I want this this ridden at TF06. I'm gonna have my buddy (mechanic) fix it, but I'd like to give him an idea of where to look for the problem - and time is getting short!!!
