how does a 350x front end come off?

well the title says it all!!

pull the front wheel off , loosen up the tripple bolt, might have to tap a screwdriver in the crack to expand the tripples,pull the forks out,take off head nut off top of tripple, pull top tripple plate off,should be another nut under that loosen that and take it off,then the bottom tripple will pull out the bottom,carefull dont lose the bearings on the top,this is after you take off breaks and bars,ect.

careful when you tap the screwdriver in so you dont scrach the plateing on the shock or it will rust as soon as it gets wet..

:confused: Why take the front wheel off? alot easier if you just leave it on and when you take the nut off from under the top tripple you just jack the trike up and the front end slides out.

what nut are you talking about? do i have to take the froks out of the tripples?

no take the nut off the top, then take the top tripples off (slide the forks out), and then there is another nut below that that keeps the bearings in. Thats what I'm talking bout.

well i got it off toady!! the bearings went flying everywhere. guess im gettin new ones!!!

get the all balls conversion and you'll never go back

how much do they cost anyway? are they hard to put in?

they are like $35 or so. Instead of loose balls like stock they are enclosed in two races and just pop in. Last forever.
