explanation of rebuild

do I need to do all of 1/3 throttle for x amount of hours and oil change after 3-5 if I am just swapping out topend stuff or is that more for bottomend.
Also what kind of grease? do I put on the rocker arms when I put in my new topend and where

I just used automotive assembly lube on my cam and rockers and made sure that I filled up all the little pockets on the head with oil as I was putting it together. I don't know about 1/3 throttle but I would ride it a little easy and definitely change the oil after 5 hours. Remember $5 for oil is a lot cheaper than a top end. :D
