200x jet help

I need jetting/carb help. My 86 200x is stock with a 122. Won't run right at all. Move down to a 110 and it idles perfect, the first 10% of throttle is perfect and the last 10% is awesome. Pulls hard on the bottom and top but has a flat spot in the middle. My friend says a 105 is too lean even if it runs right. Any ideas? The valves are set correctly and no other issues are known. HELP!

wow stock is 122, i have a 84, i know its a different bike but stock in that was 108
