Looks like he still has a lip on it, so I think he should be able to run 93.

I got my Z head shaved too..Ronnie did mine, i always wondered how it was done.

I can dish out harsh too so I suppose I can take it :beer

It should run pump gas fine.;) I really didn't take too much out (how much is for me to know hahahaha).

So how much can you shave and still run pump gas?

If your over 200 pounds of compression you need to be running race gas. I have 80 thousands shaved off my Tecate head, going to run 93 octane fine.

So if you shave 10 thou off a head you will be fine?

I took .060 off this one. It looks way worse but I repaired the dome first then ran it down.
