Steel front fender for 200x

Did anyone ever make a steel front fender for a 200x? The fender I have is really broken up and flops in the wind like a bird trying to take off. I wonder if I could make new braces for the front and rear fenders?

i dont think there are steel fenders but you can get aluminum fender supports for them.
