I bought another Tiger 250 I never seen this tiger before I bought it. I called this gentleman and left my name and a week goes by and he calls and we get talking about this machine. he under- described the condition !!! this tiger is in great shape other than the frame has been broke and repaired. now for the difference between the 3 tiger 250's I own. all of the other tigers (all 5) have triple trees that are 14 1/4 inches wide the new 250 has 17 1/4 inch wide triple trees. what a wide front tire it looks like a sx type tire it a 22.00x11.00-8 all I can figure is that it was set up for either snow or sand dunes. just a quick once over tonight only thing I see wrong woth it is brakes none of them work the motor has great compression and the shroud is in solid form the carb is clean looks like new the gas tank has been cleaned before it was parked . Ok with that said here's some Pics my fiancee took when it arrived today so I could post them for all too see tonight when i got home from work :Bounce

I have been getting any thing thats missing frame wise made or I make in house . far as engine electrical I found a old dealer from can am that had a lot off nos parts and they are here now . plastics this is a sore subject with me I have a plastic company that has been working on a new mold and making plastic for over a yr they should have it done soon as I've been calling daily too get it done.
Does anyone else with a tiger have the wide front end this is really strange looking compared too the others ?

Nice score Dale! Good deal on that one. Even though quite a few Tigers have surfaced ove rte past year, they are still very rare. You can look for one for years and never find one. I stumbled upon mine by accident, in an unlikely place.
Mine has the 14" triples as well. I think yours is "special" !

The fenders on this trike is all plastic no glass other than they radiator shroud. This tiger starts first kick every time !! The list of needs: clutch discs , new twist throttle, rear master rebuilt, swing arm bushings installed (thanks xsystem)and plastic all around, new seat cover when all this gets here I will start the total restore of this one. I had thought at 1 point I was going too sell this off but since it's so much differant than the other 250's I will just keep it as another form of the tiger racers. Need a bigger pole barn lol
