Does anyone here have an 84 250R in pieces? (not a want ad)

I talked to a guy a few months ago that had an 84 250R in pieces that was for sale but I lost his email and can't get ahold of him anymore. I was thinkin it was somebody from this board but don't remember. The guy lived near Chicago if that helps any. Anybody here fit the bill? If so pm or email me or something.

I know that his aim Name is atothediddy he has like 15 bikes, Included a 84 250r Project, He had the 200x roller with back, He had the red and white tri z for sale just alittle while back, Hope this helps.

yea, thanks man, thats what his s/n was. I accidentally deleted it and couldn't remember. I think i've decided to go wit that project, at least for today :D . My dad totaled his semi in Kentucky on Wednesday so hes off of work so maybe if we are lucky I can go pick up the ATC 70s this weekend too.

I know a guy here that was an 84 for $200.00 All it needs is rear axle bearings and seals. allready tore apart ready to fix.

I know where I can get 1, or maybe 2 ATC 70s. I don't know the exact years and have only seen one but I know that the one has the long thin gas tank if that helps. The tank is dented from the handlebars but no major damange. They both should run and are in pretty good condition. Would anyone be interested? I would probably keep one for myself unless I was offered the right price. . . So how much would you pay for em? If I get a chance to go look at em and check em out then I'll try to get some pics. I've seen a lot of em go for around $500+ in the same or worse condition so I'd like to get somewhere around there, maybe $400. If your interested email me so I know I should talk to the guy.

Wow, thats a little far. It was an 84 250r? Do you actually know that it runs good and everything? Since you closer think maybe I could have you buy it then I could come to you and get it? Just an idea.

It says you wont drive that far in a previous post. If you can drive that far for a trike it looks like you would take care of business in Tennesee with mudfreak.
