ran into a problemreplacing the bent fork on the 200X
wheel and forks came off easily
did break a bolt on the lower tree just a matter of getting a replacment bolt

replaced the left tube

went to remove the bolt on the bottom of the right fork lower and the allen head bolt stripped the 6mm allen bit spun

now how do I get the bolt out so I can remove the tube

drill it out yourself or take it to a machine shop and have it done.

I'll give that a shot drill off the head and bent tube should come out

yea. drill it first with a 1/8" drill bit for a pilot hole and the use a bigger bit. be careful not to damage the slider when you are drilling that bolt out

If you can't get it out or damage it, then stop on over. I have a bottom piece. ;)

I would drill it out. Tap it. And heli-coil it. Or it might just be easier to get a fork bottom of of Howdy.
