If memory serves me correct it was made by Manco. I have seen at least 1 other one ( years ago ).

I can't comment on the make, Manco sounds about right Howdy, but I've seen that rear fender setup on more than one trike on this very website.

Do a search against Manco and see if there is an old thread about one.
