keep it like it is, its a classic, find something bigger, maybe 200x 350x, depends if you want 2 stroke or 4 stroke

no turbo swaps. You can bolt on the YT175 top end and carb. though. I also heard the dt175 engine bolts right in (manual clutch) but I am not too sure on that one.

I say get the trike going first, the YT is probably the last trike I would do something like that to. The from end is way to light, even with the stock 125 engine in it you can wheelie easily and turning is tuff since there is so little weight on the front tire. Not to mention the no suspension setup. If you don’t mind putting money into a trike just so that you can say you did it then why not.

I have seen a turbo rigged up to a Honda 200x but there your talking about a full suspension 4-stroke, not a hardtail 2-stroker. I just got my brothers yt125 going and the little bit I have ridden it does not make me want to try and cram something much bigger in it. It is fun in stock form and the 175 swap would be cool but I think if you go for much more it will take away from the ride.

Twin turbo system, EGT gauges, NOS fogger system, +24" frame, and it should be good...

Who the hell would turbo a trike unless it was a full out FULL SIZE dragger.

Ride it ----get to know the shifter-----If you hold it up between gears and stay hard on the throttle, it will become a different animal.......

go ride a 250r, it'l either scare you into leaving your trike alone, or sway you to get something bigger. do you honestly think a 20+ year old hardtail trike would stand up to a turbocharger?

ride it, enjoy it. if you want power, go ride a 250r, then think about buying one.

i know it would hold up with a turbo just not much boost really all i want to do is make a freek of nature the trike is is GREAT shape its like new and my budget is next to nothing so a new bigger trike is not an option so im going to make mine a beast i would like to know if i can lengthen the rear end and put a mono shock in it but this is my first time with trikes so im just learning

it would hold up eh? well last time i checked, i thought you needed forged components, such as rod, piston, crank etc. turbo chargers are alot more complicated than a hair dryer duct taped to your carb with a 9v battery.
