another damn problem

ok now i was taking the 1977 us 90 forks off my 85 110 and the bottom race is all freaked up pitted dented and rusted and a lil cracked (a lil bit of the top race) how can i fix this i want this to be a 100% resto

Full resto to factory condition, go to your local honda dealer and order a new races and bearings. If your going for a more update so that it is a nice rider then get tapered bearings (I think they make them for the 110).

Yeah they pound out from the back side. Put a punch through the neck and pound them out.

thanx will the 84 pieces fit?? and another problem i have is the stator behind the flywheel is broke and the flywheel nut it rounded

weld a good nut to the rounded one.
