Big gap between wrist pin and circlips? Is this right?
Just put on a piston and I don't think there should be much of a gap here.
It is like .5 mm or maybe even up to .75 mm. So the wrist pin slides back and forth a lot.

Did you get an overbore piston without the overbore wrist pin?

No it is standard bore. Wiseco piston and wiseco wrist pin. Part #'s match. I just checked wiseco dimensions and it seems ok (even compared to other years) but the wrist pin I am replacing has almost no slop. The old one maybe stock as it is one I reused for a my last bore. I am putting on a NOS cylinder now.
I just want to be sure since it is different than the old setup.

It should be pretty close to the circlips or the circlips will wear.

I agree. Anyone else have experience on this?
I may order a new kit since this is an old style non-Pro-lite ebay cheapo.
