Looking over my sleeved cylinder today and it looks like if I were to go with the bigbore JS650 jet ski piston, 76mm, that the sleeve wall would be about 2mm or more thick. Is that thick enough?

What other choices do I have for a bigbore Tecate cylinder besides Sprock Racing?

get ahold of L.A. sleeve and have them either, install the 300 sleeve, or send you the sleeve and piston and then have someone local install it for ya.

Yeah thats what I'm thinking. Hoping to do this Christmas time this year.

I'd give these guy's a call. I am sure they can do what you are looking for. I haven't asked them about the tecate yet, but have met/talked with them in the past..........great people.
