Hey guys, hoping someone can help me out, I'm trying to remove the old rear axle from my tecate 3, I took off the 2 locknuts and I'm stuck after that. How does this thing come out???

Remove the wheels, hubs, sprocket, chain, brake caliper and brake hub. Take the carrier off the bike with the axle in it. Put the carrier in a vice and knock the axle out by hitting the brake caliper side of the axle. Don't damage the axle splines or threads by hitting them directly with a hammer (use a block of wood as protection).
If it wont tap out, you should use a press. If you do not have access to a press, You could soak in some lubricant between the axle and bearings to free up any rusted parts and try again. I recommend that you repace the bearings after doing this because if you are not careful you can shock load the bearings when you tap out the axle.
This has been my experience, I take no responsibility for your actions
